Who I Am
I am Lars — a husband, father of two incredible teenagers, paramedic, firefighter, and entrepreneur living in Kansas City, Kansas. Every day I get to do something that matters.
My wife and I are raising a 16-year-old son and a 13-year-old daughter. Weekends often find us helping my parents on their farm — where goats and alpacas make for excellent company.
I believe the richest life is spent learning, connecting, and serving others. That conviction shapes everything I do.
Professional Life
My professional life runs on two parallel tracks — direct community service as a first responder, and building businesses that extend care beyond the emergency room.
I serve the Kansas City, Kansas community as a paramedic and firefighter with the KCKFD. Every shift is an opportunity to show up for someone on their worst day.
I am building QuadHealth Dynamics — a senior services platform uniting home health care, adult day care, and medical transportation into one compassionate ecosystem of care.

Music is a constant in my life as both a fan and musician. My current focus is percussion: drum set and tabla drums.
